I'm not sure if anyone's heard of this before; I'm just late in hearing about it i bet. I stumbled upon Adobe Kuler, and it's really neat.
It has sets of colors that you can use as swatches and download, really really helpful if you're trying to give your piece a certain theme or coordinate color throughout.
